At Gizmos Tech Store, we work to make shipping simple, transparent, and reliable. Because our catalog includes products from multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners, shipping times may vary by item, destination, and availability.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, supplier delays, or if additional order verification is required.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on the product and shipping destination.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • United States: 5–15 business days
  • International or supplier-direct items: 8–20 business days
  • Special-order or extended fulfillment items: May take longer depending on supplier availability

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, address issues, and supplier fulfillment delays may affect delivery.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may contain items fulfilled by different suppliers. In that case, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

You will not be charged extra shipping solely because your order ships in multiple packages.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart, delivery location, and available shipping options.

Any free shipping promotions will be shown at checkout when eligible.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order ships.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after a carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been submitted. If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an inaccurate address, we may not be able to refund or replace the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package appears delayed or missing, contact us and we will help review the tracking information.

A package may be considered delayed if tracking has not updated for an extended period. Carrier investigations may be required before a refund or replacement can be issued.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A short description of the issue

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Gizmos Tech Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Cancellations

Orders may not be cancellable once processing or fulfillment has started. Contact us immediately if you need to request cancellation.
